The keyboard can locally build a library of words you often write through the personalized suggestions feature, the feature can be turned off and the library deleted. An existing list of words is included with the app; type one key, select a word, and then complete the word.
I made this app and its keyboard so I could exchange messages with my children, and for others who would like to exchange messages in Inuktitut.
